If you think golf does not require stamina and endurance, think again. Just like other sports, it is physical in nature, which means there is a recommended diet for golfers so that they can perform better. They should consume sufficient amounts of green leafy vegetables, chicken, lean meat, fruits, and fish. These foods contain plenty of vitamins, mineral, and fibre, so that their bodies can gain the needed nutrients for optimum health. Golfers must also work out so they can be fit enough to play their sport for long stretches of time.
